Iron Mountain Data Centers operates a global colocation platform that enables customers to build tailored, sustainable, carrier- and cloud-neutral data solutions.

The project is a two-story data center and office building with an approximate 339,744 sf gross area. Construction will include the core and shell of the building; (2) data halls at level 1 and 2 data halls at level 2 with supporting electrical and mechanical rooms, an exterior service yard, and a roof equipment platform to support the 60 MW critical load planned; and admin areas including a lobby, security, a loading dock, conference rooms, break areas, office areas and restrooms with supporting mechanical/electrical and network spaces.

The building structure is precast concrete. The data center envelope is an insulated precast
Concrete and the office envelope is a combination of an insulated metal panel and a curtain wall.
