TransLink’s OMC4 is a major new Operations and Maintenance Centre designed to support the growth of Metro Vancouver’s SkyTrain network. It is located at 225 North Road, Coquitlam and will support the incoming Mark V trains.

Key Technical / Steel-Structure Information
• Large steel-frame structures form the vehicle maintenance shop, inspection bays, and a flyover track connection to the guideway.
• A 55,000 sq ft steel-framed building is part of the overall system upgrades.
 
Construction involves the following:
o New guideway built adjacent to the existing line
o Steel-framed building
o Structural capacity for 145–170 railcars
